How we work

• We work entirely on the ground; there is no riding; Our coaching programme is not about teaching horsemanship skills; our focus is solely on teamwork and personal growth.
• Participants will engage directly with the herd to complete exercises that may take them outside their comfort zones and require them to embrace uncertainty.
• Working with horses encourages individuals to slow down, be present in the 'here and now' moment and reflect on their actions and decisions.
• This process fosters a deeper understanding of personal strengths and areas for growth, empowering individuals to think and respond intuitively while taking calculated risks.
